We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to upgrade the Curozip platform. Our latest update brings real-time tracking, a brand-new security system, and a smoother overall experience. Here is what’s new and what you need to know:

📲 Real-Time WhatsApp Tracking (New!)

Never wonder where your package is again! We have integrated automated WhatsApp notifications directly into our logistics system.

• Instant Updates: You will now receive automatic WhatsApp messages the moment your booking status changes (e.g., Dispatched, In Transit, Delivered).
• Tracking IDs Included: Every message will include your specific Tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment easily.
• Synced Dashboard: Your Curozip dashboard will update in perfectly real-time alongside your WhatsApp notifications, so you always have the most accurate status.

🔐 Upgraded Login & Security

We have completely revamped our security infrastructure to keep your data safer than ever.

• Flexible Logins: You can now log into your account using either your Email Address or your Username.
• Action Required: Because we upgraded our security systems, you may receive an "Upgrade Notice" in your inbox. Please follow the link in that email to securely reset your password and verify your account on the new system.

👤 Take Control of Your Profile

You now have full control over your account details directly from your dashboard!

• Edit on the Fly: Easily update your First Name, Last Name, Username, and Mobile Number using our sleek new profile editor.
• Update Your Password: Need to change your password? You can now do it quickly and securely right from your profile settings.

⏰ Perfect Timing (IST Fix)

We squashed a pesky timezone bug! Moving forward, all your bookings, support tickets, and system actions will perfectly reflect Indian Standard Time (IST), so you never have to guess the exact time an action occurred.
